This endpoint is utilized to provide consent for a user, returns boolean status indicating if the consent has been successfully recorded.
The Submit User Consent function records the user's needed consent permissions to proceed with the next steps.
To utilize our services every user must authorize us as necessary to effect, administer, or enforce a transaction requested or authorized by the consumer.

BACKGROUND CHECK
In instances where Authenticating.com LLC and its designated agents and representatives may need to conduct research to verify information, pursuant to the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (āFCRAā) we are required to obtain authorization from the consumer to initiate this investigation. In the User Consent, you must indicate that you have properly displayed to the consumer the Authorization to Obtain a Consumer Report (available here) and captured their consent accordingly.

GLBA and DPPA (Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act) and (Driverās Privacy Protection Act)
Authenticating may return certain data items governed by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, 15 U.S.C. Section 6801 et seq. (āGLBAā) and the Driverās Privacy Protection Act, 18 U.S.C. Section 2721 et seq., or similar state laws (collectively āDPPAā). You must certify your intended use is permitted by GLBA or DPPA. The only intended use that we permit is as necessary to effect, administer, or enforce a transaction requested or authorized by the consumer to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud, unauthorized transactions, claims, or other liability, institutional risk control and for resolving consumer disputes or inquiries.

I represent and warrant that use of the data obtained hereunder will not be used in whole or in part, as a factor in establishing an individualās creditworthiness or eligibility for (i) credit or insurance, or (ii) employment, nor for any other purpose under the FCRA.
By adding theFCRAPurposeastrueor1, you will be agreeing to the aforementioned.
Without the consent, any further call intended to verify the user will return a BAD_REQUEST. Once the consent is recorded successfully, it can not be modified and overwritten.
