This endpoint will access public records to generate a list of questions for the user to answer as a means to prove their identity. If the user cannot be found with the information provided, it will reply with what information is missing (i.e their birthday); in which case a call should be made to updateUser and then this call should be attempted again.
If the user's identity is not found:
If the user's identity is not found, please use the Update User function to add the Full Legal Name, correct Date Of Birth, and (partial or complete) Social Security number as necessary.
If there are not enough questions found:
If there aren't enough questions that can be generated for the user, it may indicate a lack of sufficient information for identity verification. In such cases, please consider using an alternate identity verification method to ensure the user's identity is successfully verified.
