Typically, the report generation process takes between 10 to 20 seconds. Following initiating a report request, the administrator can retrieve the completed report using the Fetch Generated User Report method.

Notes:

Rate Limiting: Once a successful report generation request is made for a user, a mandatory waiting period of 5 minutes must be observed before initiating another report for the same user. This helps manage system load and ensures efficient processing.
Email Notification: The optional sendMail field allows administrators to receive a confirmation email and the PDF report link once the report is ready. This feature adds convenience by directly notifying administrators when the report is available for download.
